Terms and Conditions

Your order is not confirmed and added to our calendar for production until a design has been accepted by you and Crafts and Confections by Cricket, AND payment in full is complete.  After design review and acceptance by both parties, you will receive an invoice from us for payment in full upon receipt. Your order is not added to the calendar until payment is completed and processed. Accepted forms of payments are major credit and debit cards as PayPal. Payments will not be refunded in the case of client cancellation. Upon confirmation of invoice receipt, you will have 24 hours to pay before the time slot may be forfeited.

Crafts and Confections by Cricket reserves the right to photograph our work and post the pictures to social media, our website, and/or print pages, unless previously discussed with client prior to order placement.  We cannot be held responsible for damage that happens to your order once picked up which includes shipping.  If the client is not satisfied with their order, Crafts and Confections by Cricket will always strive to remedy the situation as best and reasonably as possible!  We strive to make this an excellent experience from design to indulgence.
